I am on a mission to enable people and communities to play, learn and grow together in the wild.

I do this by:

  • Creating space for people to nurture their wellbeing through nature immersion

  • Empowering people to learn skills and grow their confidence in nature

  • Facilitating communities to build relationships and problem-solve through playful co-creation outdoors

At the heart of everything I do is a determination to be:

  • Kind

  • People-centred

  • Environmentally conscious

  • Creative

A little bit about me:

I am Amy Walsh, a qualified Forest School Leader who trained with Jackie from Go Wild Education. I am based in Uley, near Dursley in Gloucestershire. I have a background in environmental education and play work. I'm a qualified Paediatric & Outdoor First Aider.

I love being creative, experimenting with new ideas and collaborations, and being outdoors helping people to discover the magic in nature, build their confidence and learn skills to create a socially and environmentally-conscious society. When I’m not in the woods, you’ll usually find me drinking tea with my cat and rescue hens in the garden.

I studied BSc Geography at University of Exeter and MSc Education Policy & International Development at University of Bristol. I have delivered a range of engagement projects in the education, community and environmental sectors over the past 10 years.
